The location was convenient & our room was large. We got queen studio and loved it. Being so close to Ago Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there. In addition, the private parking was onsite. This hotel is equal to 4 stars.
The room was large and quiet. Staff were very helpful. The location is excellent if you do not have a car and want to get around the city by walking, bus, taxi.
I had interpreted from the website that the suite had a washing machine, but this turned out to be a laundry room in the basement for which we had to pay. The facilities in the kitchen area were poor and old.
Loved the rooftop swimming pool, tennis courts and sun deck. The kitchenette gave it a homey atmoshere, while the public washer and dryer is essential for those who want to pack light for a lenghty vacation.
Excessive parking fee.
Spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Excellant location, close to shopping and amazing restuarants in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. I'd stay again :-)
Good location in the center of Melrose Ave. Very close to shopping area.
Rooms are old. Bad value for money.
Central location in West Hollywood. Close to restaurants and shopping in Beverly Centre, Robertson and Melrose ave. Pleasant surroundings, nice swimming pool with lunch and drinks service. Helpful and welcoming staff.
Decor of the suites a bit dated. Quite dark rooms and simple bathrooms.
Good location close to Beverly Hills, good for shopping. You could choose to have valet parking or not which we liked as we didnt like having to wait for a valet in other hotels. The space within the suite was great and the pool and tennis court was fab. Room service was prompt and tasted great.
Big streak of hair dye on the shower wall when we got there, ended up washing it off myself.
The location was perfect. I stayed at king suite which was remarkable. The decoration was really cute and it mostly like an apartment. I loved it so much. The staff were helpful.
The location was phenomenal and a major factor in my choice to stay there. The parking staff was friendly and not pushy about having to valet my car.
$30 for 24 hour parking is high. Room was on the older side considering the price. Despite being at the end of the hall, there was still a lot of noise (i.e. doors closing, vacuuming). Front desk staff could have been friendlier or do I need to drive a luxury car?
Great staff, amazing location, great suites for business or travel with children. All the rooms give you a free baby crib and have a great pull-out couch in the living room area as well as a comfy king bed. The residential street is very quiet - wonderful for sleeping/working/relaxing. The best choice for needing to sleep 4 in a room!
At 300 dollars a night, it would be obvious not to charge for little things like a cup of tea.
The rooms, the staff, the roof top pool and sitting area, very quiet and peaceful
The 35 dollars per night parking charge and the room service (food) we ordered two omelets with bacon avocado and cheese and a fruit plate it was 78.00 they did not put cheese on one omelet and avocado on the other
Location was very good. I staff were very friendly
The only bad thing about the hotel was that almost all the furniture had a very bad smell
The Suite was nicely furnished, very clean beds The foyer & hallways could use a good renovation.
Severe black mould smell in the bathroom, specially after the shower, bathtub was plugged up,sink also plugged up. Balcony facing front street ,noise from gang hanging out by the front door.Had to keep the sliding door closed to prevent loud talking ,yet room was hot ,no ac.
I liked the location and my room was quiet. Staff were nice and the room was clean and I was not bothered by cleaners early in the day.
On check-in I asked for a queen or king size bed but ended up with a twin room. The doona on my bed was way too heavy, I used my robe as bed cover. Swimming pool out of order for unexplained reason. Some plates cups and saucers and towels, etc, in the room would be nice. I stay in a suite in Hawaii and it has absolutely everything. I thought the restaurant quite expensive and service was so-so. I asked if the hotel shuttle could take me to a nearby location but was told the driver was eating his lunch so would have to wait half an hour.
We missed the cold shower in the sauna and on the roof by the pool.
